“All goals are brilliant as long as you are true to yourself and understand that it's your own individual journey. You’re not necessarily racing for money, power or funding, instead you are truly racing to be content,” says Shubham Dodeja.
He started his career journey while he was in college, by taking L&D sessions for a non profit organisation and realised that teaching to inspire someone is what he loves the most. He has slowly progressed from starting with aptitude preparation for CAT and GMAT, and is now working on a career awareness series for making informed career choices.
Shubham believes passion is sometimes confused as something offbeat but if your mindset and perspective is aligned you will know what you are looking for in life and that’s what he has centred his individuality around.
