According  to him, hospitality is all about being empathetic towards one another and being a good listener is crucial, in order to  provide logical solutions to the issues faced by your external and internal stakeholders. Him being a patient listener and putting oneself in others shoes to understand the issues have made him what he is today in the hospitality sphere.
