An archaeologist by training, found her calling in writing about food, music, and alcobev for a living. She worked hard to steer clear of the 9 to 5 monotony by following her passion to write. And thus, began her career in Journalism in 2006 with the Times Of India and launched What’s Hot as Editor in Chief. Deepali has also worked as a Brand Manager for Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality Pvt Ltd, managed green rooms for the likes of The Prodigy and David Guetta, and Papa CJ, and worked backstage at NH7 Weekender.
Her longest-standing stint has been as the youngest Author and Critic of the prestigious Times Nightlife Guide and Awards (Delhi NCR) She’s also dabbled into entrepreneurship as Co-Founder of Slate Consulting – a boutique agency for unconventional branding, events and content solutions. After 15 years of working non-stop, these days Deepali continues to be her own boss as a freelance brand and content strategist.
