Arjun after his undergrad skipped the temptation to join the big four, and decided to start off as a management trainee at Wizcraft where he spent more than four years climbing up the ladder, polishing his understanding of experiential and conceptual marketing. Collaborating with brands like BMW, Netflix, Audi are a few to name. 

Currently he is working with Majorel where he executes integrated marketing solutions for international clients. Along with his day job, he is currently building @cultureghanti, an Indian handicraft brand with his mother. Throughout his professional tenure, fear has stimulated his imagination to succeed and choosing to do things unconventionally has been pivotal to his journey. These aspects of his life have been extremely personal to him and have been catalysts to creating his own route to success.
