“Be confident in the decisions you take or make, don’t second guess yourself,” says Akshita Paul. Akshita began her career as an intern at an advertising agency after returning from Singapore. Her eagerness to grow her skills in marketing and sales made way for her working at Harper’s Bazaar, ITC hospitality, and Zomato to name a few.
Along with these diverse experiences she also founded the @culinarycartel while she was in college for her passion to explore, through her palette. She says “the happiest time during her day was mealtime and the camera always ate first”
Donning various hats at all times has helped her with a problem-solving approach and communicate her ideas clearly. She believes the environment we work in, constantly evolving and drastically pivoting in the last couple of years, is essential to bring out the innovative side in us.
