“The day we realise we are here to learn and become truer, better, more beautiful versions of ourselves over and over till forever, the quest for success ends and a lifetime of experiences begins,” says Malika Bhutani.
Malika, an economics student at Delhi University started her first venture. At this moment, she realised her enthusiasm to understand and grow businesses. In her six years of professional experience - she has led the expansion of a marketing agency, spearheaded marketing and growth for brands like OYO and ARC worldwide and currently is the youngest marketing lead for Druva internationally.
Her individuality has helped her never take career or life decisions by what typically happens but always by what she wants to do and listen to her gut. Malika is also a trained yoga teacher, which has helped her maintain her work-life balance.
