Rashi started as a Sales Manager at Zomato in their Ad Sales vertical and handled a revenue of one crore annually. Today, she has risen through the ranks and is currently handling P&G's business for Gujarat, generating a top-line of twelve hundred crores annually.
She believes individuality plays a very significant role, not just on the job, but also to get the job. Her agility at work and always strive to do better was a huge factor that helped her get selected for a job at P&G from a pool of 300+ applicants. Along with her day job, she is also actively involved in imbibing similar values to the younger generation at her alma maters Symbiosis and ISB.
