Warm, Centred, Empowering - Aarthi began her career as a Fellow with Teach For India, where she taught 90 wonderful Grade 5 students in a government school in Mumbai.
Currently, at The Experience Co., she curates, designs, and develops curriculum and learning experiences for young adults, artists, founders, and entrepreneurs all over the world.
She has defined the individual influence she wants to make and the types of individuals she wants to collaborate with, based on the ideals from some of her favorite books she read as a child.
