“Don't just be a thinker or just an executor, its when you balance the two you succeed, ” says Rashi Dewan. She began her career as a sales manager at Zomato before moving to Sri Lanka to head restaurant acquisition for PickMe and is currently heading Manchester for Uber. She started out her journey on the aggregator side, but has also spent time as a chef with Diva and has founded her own pasta business called Sinyora.
Rashi's candid demeanour along with keeping her approach around working smart and not just hard has helped her grow relatively quickly in her career.
